Organized by BookMyShow, RLFF debuted in 2024 with a successful inaugural event in Mumbai. In 2025, the film festival expands its reach to Mumbai and Hyderabad, running from 21st to 23rd March.

Travel and Accommodation:
- Two Business Class tickets and a 2-night hotel stay in Mumbai for the Lead Actor/Director of competition films.
- Additional travel and accommodations for world and Asia premieres.
Screening Fees:
- Films in the Fresh Frames and In Focus sections receive $800 (for up to 3 screenings), covered by RLFF.
