Beepasha 2.0”, a short film directed by Prabesh Barua is based on a sci fi genre. The story is about how robots or machines start getting human emotions. Beepasha, a girl played by Sumana is a humanoid in this film, who has been made by Professor Subhanu Bannerjee, a solo scientist mastered in the field of Advanced Humanoids since the year of 2074.

Beepasha was placed in Mr. Bobby Roy’s house to stay as a rental and to work on daily household activities. The story develops after Bobby Roy presses the EM button on Beepasha which appears to stand for emotions as she starts to experience human like emotions inside her after this. He starts to seduce her multiple times, causing beepasha to bring in emotions within her, as she starts to ask for her rightful rights to which Bobby Roy denies.

Her developer Subhanu Banerjee sues Mr. Bobby for this assault, now the question arises if Beepasha would get her justice or not. The film is all about robots and their emotions. The twists and turns of the events throughout the film is what makes it a worthy watch.

Even if Beepasha was not a robot, the movie has a really extreme point to be noted. The film revolves around the case of Beepasha as the judge decides of what the absolute justice is. The use of technology through Beepasha’s memories for revealing the truth for her justice from the hands of Mr. Roy is used. This film is an eye opener to this future generation where so many crimes are hidden, and they do not get solved on a daily basis.

A film everyone should watch for noticing the changing times and crimes, so that it does not affect the generation we are in and cause this to become a harsh reality.
