The Flood, another of the shoddy-directed B-movie horror films that seem to be popping up all the time now, has a new trailer from Saban Films. It comes from the same filmmaker who also made Battle For Saipan, which also starred Casper Van Dien, who returns for this one. A swarm of goliath-hungry crocodiles is released on a gathering of on-the-way detainees and their watchmen after a gigantic typhoon floods Louisiana. If anyone wishes to watch, this is, in fact, the movie Alligators in a Prison. With Nicky Whelan, Louis Mandylor, Casper Van Dien, Devanny Pinn, Ryan Francis, Randy Wayne, and Kim DeLonghi.
Alligators that are starving interrupt a daring jailbreak during a dangerous storm. After a massive hurricane floods Louisiana, a group of in-transit prisoners and their guards are attacked by a horde of huge, hungry alligators in this horror movie. American B-movie director, actor, and musician Brandon Slagle is in charge of The Flood. In the past, he has been in charge of several other genre films, including The Dark Avengers, Subject 87, Area 51 Confidential, The Black Dahlia Haunting, Dead Sea, House of Manson, Escape from Ensenada, The Dawn, Attack of the Unknown, Frost, and Battle For Saipan.
Slagle is also the musician and actor who is in charge Josh Ridgway and Chad Law wrote the screenplay. Daemon Hillin was the producer. We are aware of no festivals or other premieres for this. Starting on July 14, 2023, Saban Films will release Slagle's The Flood in select US theaters and on VOD.
